We all have battles that we face that seem they will never end. So often these battles seem that they will destroy us. But in these times we need to be more like little David.
We should not let the situation or circumstance take over but we need to take charge and stand our ground in order to become victorious. David gathered his stone’s placed
them in his bag and went out to face his situation. David told Goliath exactly how the outcome would be then he placed a stone in his sling, wound up and ran to meet Goliath,
he let the stone fly hitting Goliath right between his eye’s knocking him to the ground. This is where most Christian’s stop to celebrate the victory but so often this is called
premature celebration. You see goliath was down not dead knocked out but not defeated. This means at anytime Goliath could rise up and destroy David. But David assured his
victory by taking Goliath’s sword out of his own sheath and cut Goliath’s head off with his own sword therefore insuring his victory. Don’t stop fighting no matter how hard the
battle may seem. Remember Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.
